Transform this tradional beef dish into a healthy classic
You will need:
500ml Dr Broth Roast Beef Bone Broth
1kg stewing beef – shin is great
1 tsp caraway seeds
1 ½ tbls paprika
1 cup chopped tomatoes
Salt and pepper
Extra virgin olive oil
Method:
Season the cubed beef shin with salt and pepper.
Ina thick bottomed saucepan on the stove carefully brown the beef in a splash of olive oil.
Add the paprika and caraway and stir to coat the beef.
Add the tomatoes and Dr Broth bone broth and bring to a simmer.
Let the stew simmer until the beef is tender and sauce has reduced a bit
Serve with buttered noodles to be traditional – but rice or potatoes work just as well
