A dairy free version of potato bake
You will need:
2 Cups Dr Broth Roast Beef or Roast Chicken Bone Broth
2 onions –sliced
1 ½ potato –soft or medium cooker potato. Thinly sliced by hand or with a slicer.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Pinch of salt
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180°C
Lightly oil in a roasting dish
Fry your onions in a pan in some olive oil with a pinch of salt until soft.
Now layer your potatoes into the roasting dish, slightly overlapping.
Spread over a few of the onions, then continue layering until you finish with a layer of potatoes.
Pour in the Bone broth and bake for about an hour, the potatoes should be soft, and goldenand crisp on top.
