Super charge your immunity this flu season with SA's best bone broth
You will need:
1 tub 750ml Dr Broth Ginger Chili Chicken bone broth
2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
1 small chunk of ginger – cut in half
1 fresh red chili
½ cup chopped baby marrow (remove the spongy bit in the middle before chopping)
½ cup of green beans – sliced into thin rounds
2 handfuls of baby spinach
Juice of 1 lime
Method:
Carefully bring the broth up to a simmer with the pieces of ginger and chili inside.
Stir through the rest of your ingredients.
Turn off the heat and remove the ginger and chili.
Stir in the lime juice
Ladle into mugs and serve.
