Sticky Choccy Chia & Oat Pot

Recipe by Rebecca Cawood from Brunch with Bruce Event - makes a delicious breakfast treat or natural food for babies

Recipe serves 4 and should be made the night before

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup oats
  • 1 Tbsp smooth peanut butter
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1/4 cup Dr Broth vegan broth
  • 1 Tbsp cacao powder
  • Fresh berries to serve

METHOD

Measure out you ingredients. In a mixing bowl, mix them all together, make sure the mix is combined well. Cover and place in the refrigerator over night. Serve up for breakfast and top with some fresh berries and a dusting of cacao powder.
